1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

1.1 About QuickQatar.com

QuickQatar.com (the "Website" or Mobile App "Platform") is a free classifieds website operated by PRIMESHOP TRADING (CR: 210150) for the residents of Qatar. Our platform facilitates listings in various categories including:

Accommodation (flats, villas, compound villas, bed spaces)
Commercial properties (office space, shops, warehouses)
Items for sale (furniture, electronics, pets, and more)
Vehicles (used cars, heavy vehicles, boats, motorcycles)
Services and business listings
And much more

1.2 Agreement to Terms

These are the terms on which QuickQatar.com allows you to access and use the Website, whether as a guest or a registered user. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use the Website.

By accessing and using the Website, you are accepting these Terms of Use and agreeing to abide by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, then you are not permitted to use the Website.

1.3 Eligibility to Post Ads

This website allows free ad posting for the following verified users:

A) Qatar Residents Only
Only users currently residing in Qatar can post advertisements on QuickQatar.com.

B) Email Verification
Users must have a valid email address verified by QuickQatar.com (we send a password link for registration).

C) Mobile Number and WhatsApp Verification
Qatar-registered mobile number and WhatsApp verification required (QuickQatar.com sends messages and calls for all post approvals).

D) Post Verification
All posts are verified by our team before being displayed on the website.

2. QATAR LAW COMPLIANCE FOR REAL ESTATE LISTINGS Low No (22) of 2017

2.1 Real Estate Brokerage License Requirement

In accordance with Qatar Law No. 13 of 2018 regulating real estate activities and Administrative Decision No. 82 of 2019 issued by the Ministry of Justice, all users posting real estate listings must comply with the following:

For Real Estate Brokers and Agents:

Valid Brokerage License Required: Any person or entity engaging in real estate brokerage activities (buying, selling, leasing, or managing properties on behalf of others) MUST possess a valid real estate brokerage license issued by the Ministry of Justice of the State of Qatar.
License Display Requirement: Real estate brokers must display their valid license number in all property advertisements posted on QuickQatar.com.
Company Registration: Real estate companies must provide their Commercial Registration (CR) number and be registered with the appropriate Qatar authorities.
Authorized Representatives: Only authorized representatives of licensed real estate companies may post property listings on behalf of the company.

2.2 Property Owner Exemptions

Individual Property Owners who are posting their own properties for sale or rent are exempt from the brokerage license requirement, provided that:

They are the legal owner of the property (verified through title deed)
They are not engaged in commercial real estate brokerage activities
They clearly indicate "Owner" in the listing
They post only their own properties, not properties of others

2.3 Required Information for Real Estate Listings

All real estate listings must include:

For Brokers:

Valid Real Estate Brokerage License Number
Company Commercial Registration (CR) Number
Company name and contact information
Agent name (if applicable)

For Property Owners:

Clear indication that the poster is the property owner
Property ownership verification (may be requested by QuickQatar.com)
Valid Qatar ID or residence permit

For All Listings:

Accurate property description
Correct location details
Honest and truthful photographs
Accurate pricing information
Property type and size
Available amenities

2.4 Prohibited Real Estate Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Posting real estate advertisements without proper authorization
Operating as an unlicensed real estate broker
Misrepresenting property ownership or brokerage status
Posting false or misleading property information
Advertising properties without owner's consent
Price manipulation or fraudulent pricing schemes
Discrimination in property listings based on race, religion, nationality, or gender

2.5 Verification and Enforcement

QuickQatar.com reserves the right to:

Request proof of real estate brokerage license at any time
Request property ownership documentation
Remove listings that do not comply with Qatar real estate laws
Suspend or terminate accounts of users violating real estate regulations
Report unlicensed brokerage activities to the Ministry of Justice
Cooperate fully with Qatar authorities in enforcement actions

2.6 User Responsibility

Users posting real estate listings acknowledge and agree that:

They are solely responsible for complying with all Qatar real estate laws
They have the legal right to advertise the property
All information provided is accurate and truthful
They will hold QuickQatar.com harmless from any violations
Violations may result in legal penalties under Qatar law

PENALTY NOTICE: Operating as an unlicensed real estate broker in Qatar is punishable by law with fines and/or imprisonment as specified in Qatar Law No. 13 of 2018.

3. QUICKQATAR.COM'S PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

3.1 Intellectual Property Ownership

You agree that QuickQatar.com is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website. The Website itself is a collective work and/or compilation solely owned by QuickQatar.com and is protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.

3.2 Restrictions on Use

You may not:

Copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, lease, assign, rent, or sublicense any aspect of the Website or any Content
Modify or create derivative works of any aspect of the Website or any Content (other than with respect to your own Content)
Disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code contained in the Website or any software or database connected to the Website

QuickQatar.com is not responsible for, and no reliance should be placed, in any way on any Content posted, transmitted through, or linked to the Website
Users are solely responsible for the Content they post
QuickQatar.com does not endorse or verify the accuracy of user-generated Content

4.3 Content Management Rights

QuickQatar.com reserves the right to:

Refuse to share or display any Content
Move Content to different categories
Delete any Content posted on the Website without prior notice
Edit Content for clarity or compliance purposes

10. CONDUCT & ACCEPTABLE USE; NO SPAM

10.1 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, email, or make available through the Website any Content that:

Illegal or Harmful Content:

Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, libelous, or invasive
Contains information harmful to minors
Is pornographic, includes nudity, or is sexually explicit or perverse
Advertises anything illegal under Qatar law

Discriminatory Content:

Is racist or discriminatory toward any race, religion, creed, nationality, gender, or any other group
Violates Islamic values or public morals in Qatar
Contains hate speech or promotes violence

Fraudulent Content:

Impersonates another person
Includes personally identifiable information about another person without their permission
Is false, deceptive, or misleading
Contains fraudulent pricing or product descriptions

Intellectual Property Violations:

Violates any copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property laws
Contains unauthorized copyrighted material

Malicious Content:

Contains software viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious material
Disrupts the normal flow with an excessive number of messages
Uses misleading contact details to disguise the true origin

Spam and Unsolicited Communications:

Spam, junk mail, chain letters, pyramid or Ponzi schemes
Unsolicited email advertisements
Irrelevant or unrelated content in wrong categories

10.2 Prohibited Actions

You further agree not to:

Contact people who do not wish to be contacted
Stalk or harass other users of the Website

Post the same good or service in more than two categories
Post Content irrelevant to the category or discussion thread
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, servers, or databases

Violate any applicable laws of the State of Qatar

Report violations to Qatar authorities
Pursue legal action against violators

11. DEALINGS WITH THIRD-PARTY ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS

Verify the identity, creditworthiness, or legitimacy of users

11.3 User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the accuracy of any Content
You will not hold QuickQatar.com responsible for other users' Content, actions, or inactions
You are responsible for your own transactions and interactions with other users
QuickQatar.com has no control over and does not guarantee:
- The quality, safety, or legality of items advertised
- The truth or accuracy of users' Content or listings
- The ability of sellers to sell items
- The ability of buyers to pay for items
- That a buyer or seller will complete a transaction
- That items will be as described

11.4 Dispute Resolution

While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes, QuickQatar.com is not obliged to participate in any dispute between users
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly and amicably
Users may seek legal recourse through Qatar courts if necessary

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE PLATFORM AND THE SERVICE IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THAT THE PLATFORM AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" OR "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12.2 No Warranties

QUICKQATAR.COM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR ARISING BY STATUTE, CUSTOM, COURSE OF DEALING, OR TRADE USAGE, WITH RESPECT TO THE WEBSITE OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER.

SPECIFICALLY, QUICKQATAR.COM DISCLAIMS:

Implied warranties or conditions of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
Warranty of accuracy, timeliness, security, and performance of the Website
Warranty of freedom from errors, viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious material

19. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The governing law of this Agreement shall be the substantive law of the State of Qatar.

All matters relating to these Terms and your use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.

19.2 Informal Resolution

In the event of any disputes between you and QuickQatar.com:

QuickQatar.com is open to first attempting to resolve the dispute in an informal and amicable manner
Users are encouraged to contact us directly to discuss concerns
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes without formal proceedings

19.3 Binding Arbitration

If either party believes that the dispute cannot be resolved informally, then the parties agree that either party may refer any dispute arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms of Use to be finally settled by binding arbitration.

Any dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Qatar International Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (QICCA) Rules 2012
These Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause

Location of Proceedings: Doha, State of Qatar
Language: Arabic (the award shall be issued in Arabic)
Number of Arbitrators: As determined by QICCA Rules

19.4 Judgment on Award

Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof or having jurisdiction over the relevant party or its assets.

19.5 Exclusive Jurisdiction

Subject to arbitration provisions above, the courts of the State of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

20. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF USE

20.1 Right to Modify

QuickQatar.com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to update, revise, supplement, and otherwise modify these Terms of Use and to impose new and/or additional rules, policies, terms, and/or conditions on your use of the Website (collectively "Additional Terms").

20.2 Notification of Changes

When we make material changes:

A prominent notice will be posted on the Website homepage for 30 days
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised
Registered users may receive email notification
Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance

20.3 Acceptance of Modifications
