About the Role

We looking for a confident, articulate and people-oriented Sales & Marketing professional to join our growing team in Doha.

This is a client-facing role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, identifying opportunities and turning conversations into professional business connections.

You will represent the company across our HR, recruitment and business solutions, connecting with companies and decision-makers and expand the network.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective clients through telephone, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Introduce HR, recruitment and business solutions to potential clients
• Generate and follow up on business leads and opportunities
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Arrange meetings and support business development activities
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the team to develop suitable solutions
• Maintain professional communication and consistent follow-up with prospects
• Contribute ideas to strengthen Vertex’s market presence and business development efforts

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Business Development or Marketing
• Must be fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, articulate and comfortable speaking with clients
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• A quick learner who can adapt to new industries, services and situations
• Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
• Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills
• Positive, professional and energetic approach
• A genuine team player who enjoys working collaboratively
• Someone who takes ownership, brings ideas and wants to grow with the business
